Police are asking for the public's help identifying a male seen taking a puppy that matches the description of a puppy who was recently reported missing.
According to police, on June 21, 2017 at approximately 12:45 pm, a 3-month-old puppy was taken from the 200 block of Trumbull Street.
The puppy is a cocker spaniel/shitzu mix and goes by the name of "Jax".

A light skinned male is seen on video surveillance getting out of a newer model burgundy Toyota Sienna and taking the dog.
