Police in Paterson are on the search for several violent armed men who beat a person after committing an armed robbery at a location in the city overnight.
According to authorities, police began a search for a vehicle that was occupied by about four suspects who attacked a person in the vicinity of 16th Avenue and Rosa Parks Boulevard on before 12:45 a.m.
The victim said, a Hispanic male approached and pulled a gun then demanded items shortly before violently going on an attack. The suspect then ran from the scene and entered a silver vehicle possibly a Honda Accord or Civic.
EMS assisted the victim who suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects remain at-large.
