A vehicle with occupants reportedly wanted for traffic violations in Verona ended with a crash and a foot pursuit in West Orange.
According to preliminary reports, Verona Police attempted to pull over a vehicle at a location in their city when the driver ignored officers' lights and sirens, speeding away.
Police followed the vehicle into West Orange where the driver of the suspected vehicle lost control and crashed in the area of Eagle Rock Avenue and Pleasant Valley Way.
Two suspects reportedly bailed from the vehicle and were last tracked in the area of Sanford Avenue and Whitman streets where officers from West Orange and the Essex County Sherriff's Department joined Verona Police for a search of the area.
There are no immediate reports of arrests made or injuries reported.
