Police officials in Newark request the public’s help in finding a suspect vehicle and its driver who are wanted in connection with an assault that occurred last Wednesday at a restaurant in Newark's South Ward.
According to a statement released by police, just after 3 p.m., a female suspect assaulted an employee of Dunkin Donuts located at 227 Elizabeth Avenue, following a verbal altercation.
Police said the suspect fled the scene in a late 1990s to early 2000s maroon Buick Park Avenue Ultra bearing a temporary tag and a dark plate cover.

All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
