A vehicle found stripped of it's tires and rims in the city's West Ward has police investigating.
According to initial reports, shortly after 10 a.m. police were called to a residence on Putnam Street to take a report of a stolen vehicle.
After taking the report, officers drove several blocks and found thevehicle in the teens block of Putnam.
The vehicle was towed away and cops have launched an investigation.
