Harrison Police officials issued a "be on the look" to surrounding towns for a vehicle that was taken from a mini strip mall in the city.
According to preliminary reports, the incident happened in the 400 block of Bergen Street, before 11:15 p.m., where thieves scoped out then took a vehicle that the driver reportedly left running and unattended for a short time.
Police are looking for two black males who stole the victim's 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a reported Pennsylvania license plate number "KJY-0092".
The vehicle was last observed speeding over the Jackson Street bridge into the City of Newark. There were also reports that the vehicle was seen on I-78 in Newark at approximately 1:30 a.m.
