Police have launched an investigation into how a vehicle became partially submerged this morning at the Edison Boat Basin.
According to Chief Thomas Bryan, the unoccupied vehicle - which had front and rear damage - was found partially submerged at the Edison Boat Basin,
Chief Byrsn said, at this time the incident is under investigation.
There were no other details immediately available as to whom this vehicle belongs to or how long it’s believed to have been in the water.
