Prom night is a milestone every high school graduate should get to experience, but for many students in East Orange, Orange, Irvington, Newark, Bloomfield, Belleville, and surrounding areas, the financial burden can make it out of reach.
That’s where Uplift Society is stepping in—bringing the community together to ensure every teen gets the chance to enjoy a magical night without worrying about the cost.
With the help of generous donors, the organization is collecting gently used prom dresses, suits, shoes, and accessories to outfit students in need.

From stylish gowns and sleek tuxedos to dazzling shoes and the perfect finishing touches, every contribution helps build confidence and excitement for a night to remember.
Donations will be accepted until April 24, 2025, and every item will go directly to a deserving student preparing for their big night.
