Passaic County officials announce that on May 3, at approximately 9:17 p.m., police officers were dispatched to the area of Auburn Street and Fair Street in the City of Paterson on a report of a male who had been shot.
According to county officials, upon their arrival, officers discovered the victim, Mr. Nasir Davis, 25, from Paterson, inside a vehicle.
Officials stated that Mr. Davis was transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased at approximately 9:45 p.m.
This investigation is active and ongoing. More information will be released when it becomes available.
