Authorities have identified the man killed in single-car crash on Route 21 as a 32-year-old Union County man.
The man was identified as Michael Roman, 32, of Roselle, allegedly lost control of his 2001 Honda Civic, striking a guard rail on the southbound side of Route 21 in Passaic.
Roman was pronounced dead shortly after 10 p.m.
The crash remains under investigation.
