Police are investigating a shooting in Plainfield last night that injured a 23-year-old Bound Brook man.
Plainfield Police Units responded to the1200 block of West Front Street on a report of a shooting victim, at approximately 8:45 p.m. yesterday.
Upon arrival, officers located a 23-year-old male from Bound Brook, suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The victim was transport to an area hospital for treatment.
Detectives are investigating.
