Police announced the arrest of a man accused of killing a 35-year-old Paterson man early Saturday.
Police responded to a home on Highland Street, where they found Kevin Stevens, 35, unresponsive shortly before 1 a.m.
According to police, Stevens suffered injuries during a fight with James Waters, 36. Stevens was transported to St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Waters has been charged however no additional details were released.
