Authorities in Newark are reporting that their Criminal Investigation Detectives are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the occupants of the pictured black Audi which that fled a shooting this morning near the intersection of Clinton and Elizabeth Avenues.
According to police, shortly before 4 a.m., police responded to the 400 block of Elizabeth Avenue after receiving reports of shots fired.

The victim, who crashed his car into the Exxon Service Station's fence, was taken to University Hospital where he was treated for his injuries then released authorities said.
The suspects were in the black Audi that was captured on surveillance photos.
Police are looking for anyone who may know the identity of the vehicle's occupants.
