Newark Police officials request the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on Monday, November 26th.
Police say shortly before 7:20 p.m., a man entered the UnExpress Convenient Store, located at 86 Pulaski Street, and robbed the owners of cash, merchandise and lottery tickets at gunpoint.
Police say the suspect is described as approximately 6-ft. and 170 lbs.
He was wearing a black North Face jacket, blue jeans, a dark-colored face mask and black boots.
The suspect also wore white gloves with one palm colored blue and the other red.
Robbery detectives investigating this incident obtained photos of the suspect and are seeking the public’s assistance in quickly identifying him.
