Authorities in Atlantic County reported that on Monday, October 9, at approximately 8:40 a.m., a male identified as Mamadou Toure, 45, from Pleasantville, was shot and killed in the vicinity of West Pleasant Avenue and Main Street in Pleasantville.
According to officials, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office’s Major Crimes Unit and the Pleasantville Police are cooperatively investigating this incident.
