A deadly motorcycle accident claimed the life of a 55-year-old North Plainfield resident on the evening of November 13.
The crash occurred around 5:45 p.m. on Plainfield Avenue near Connell Corporate Park.
Authorities have not yet released the victim’s name, as they are notifying family members.
Preliminary investigations indicate that no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
The motorcyclist was transported to Overlook Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The scene was processed by Berkeley Heights Police Detectives, the Union County Police Crash Team, and the Union County Sheriff's Office Crime Scene Unit.
Officials are seeking help from anyone who may have witnessed the accident.
