Police in NJ are continuing to investigate a shooting that happened in front of a church in Camden County Saturday.
According to police, at approximately 3 pm, Winslow Township Police officers were dispatched to the 200 block of New Brooklyn Road for a gunshot victim.
Police say officers found a person suffering a bullet wound at that location.
According to police, the gunshot was self inflicte and there was no threat to the public.
Police say thanks to first arriving officers performing life saving measures, the victim was transported to Cooper Hospital and is in stable but critical condition.
