Mary Eva Colalillo and Gloucester Township Police Chief Harry Earle reported a homicide that occurred on Wednesday, September 19,
Gloucester Township police responded to 9-1-1 calls regarding a man who had been shot near the 400 block of the La Cascata apartments in Clementon (of Gloucester Township) at approximately 10:38 p.m.
When officers arrived, they located the victim, William Henry Jr., 21, of Lindenwold, laying on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
EMS transported Benry to Jefferson Hospital in Stratford and pronounced deceased at approximately 11:46 p.m.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
Police say no arrests have been made at this time.
