UPDATE: Juveniles Injured in Elizabeth Stabbing Incident After Group Fight

Police in Elizabeth are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred Saturday evening, leaving two teenagers injured.Real EstateThe incident took place around 5:55 p.m. near the intersection of Clark Place and 1st Street, where officers were called to reports of a fight among several juveniles.

According to Elizabeth Police spokeswoman Ruby Contreras, upon arrival, officers discovered two teens with stab wounds. The extent of their injuries has not been immediately confirmed.

Both individuals were transported to University Hospital in Newark for treatment, Spokewoman Contreras said.

There are unconfirmed reports of a third person being injured in the attack; however, police have not verified these claims.

The group of juveniles involved in the altercation reportedly fled the scene immediately after the stabbing.

Currently, no arrests have been made in connection to the incident.

Elizabeth Police continued investigating the circumstances surrounding the altercation and are working to identify those involved.
