A 4-year-old child died after falling out a Jersey City window.
Police responded to the Newark Avenue building just after 2:30 p.m., where they found the child in the parking lot area.
According to officials, the boy - who fell out of a fifth-story window - was rushed to Jersey City Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The child's identity is being withheld at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
