The body of a man found inside a Newark South Ward Park on Thursday night at approximately 10:25 p.m. has been identified as a Belleville resident.
According to the Essex County Prosecutor's Office the 40-year-old man was found lifeless inside the Weequahic Park it is unclear what caused the death of the man -who family members offcially identified as **Mr. Johnny Moscagiuri**- and they are awaiting autopsy results from the State Regional Medical Examiner's Office who will make that determination.
The Essex County Prosecutor's Office will handle the investigation.
