Passaic County authorities are reporting that at approximately 11:53 a.m. today, Paterson Police were advised that a 16-year-old juvenile had arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center via private vehicle seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.
Based on the preliminary investigation, police said the shooting occurred in the area of 10th Avenue and East 26th Street.
A potential crime scene was located in that area.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
