A 20-year-old Union man is accused of indecently assaulting a fellow camp counselor during a party last week at a Pennsylvania motel.
On August 16, Michael E. Ekpeni and the female victim, both employed at Lake Greeley Camp in Pike County, were with other camp employees at the motel get together.
According to reports, Ekpeni pushed the victim against the wall touching her as she walked up the EconoLodge in Stroudsburg, Pa.
Authorities said the victim then yelled "no" while she pushed him off but not before Ekpeni touched her "private area."
Ekpeni was charged yesterday with aggravated indecent assault without consent and indecent assault without consent. He has since apologize for his actions, according to police.
Ekpeni is reportedly a student at Rutgers.
