The Union County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a free Children’s Coloring/Activity Book competition for Spring 2020. The competition is open to Union County high school students only.
It entails creating a child’s coloring/activity book that centers around one of the following topics: Bullying and Cyberbullying, Internet Safety, Police Officers are Your Friends, Traffic Safety, Personal Safety, Drug Safety, or Weapon Safety.
There will be one winner selected from any of the topics mentioned above. The winning submissions will be published and distributed at community events throughout the county.
Officials say the registration deadline for the competition has been extended until February 14.
