Unclaimed $1M CASH4LIFE Ticket Sold in Jersey City Set to Expire

A CASH4LIFE second-tier prize ticket of $1,000,000 is due to expire on Feb. 22, 2017.

The ticket was purchased at EZ Market & Liquors, 185 Mallory Ave., Jersey City in Hudson County for the Feb. 22, 2016 drawing of CASH4LIFE.

The winning numbers from the Feb. 22, 2016 drawing were 08, 09, 10, 11, and 27. The Cash ball was 04. The winning ticket will match all five of the white balls, but not the Cash ball for the drawing.

The winner must have the ticket present to claim the prize.

Anyone holding the winning ticket should immediately sign the back and contact Lottery Headquarters at 609-599-5800, or visit any New Jersey Lottery retailer to validate the ticket. Once approved, the retailer will provide the ticketholder with a confirmation slip that they can bring to Lottery Headquarters during business hours, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

The CASH4LIFE top prize is $1,000 a day for life, with a current cash value of $7,000,000, and the second prize is $1,000 a week for life, with a cash value of $1,000,000. In addition to the “For Life” prizes, the CASH4LIFE game offers seven other prize levels with prizes ranging from $2.00 to $2,500.

CASH4LIFE tickets are now available in Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. Players select five numbers from a field of one through 60 and then select a “Cash Ball” from a field of one through four.

Drawings are held on Monday and Thursday at approximately 9:00 p.m.
