Police in Newark seeks the public’s help with identifying two suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery on December 6.
According to authorities, police responded to a call about a robbery that occurred around 11:48 p.m. in the 400 block of Littleton Avenue.
When the officers arrived, the victim told them that two males approached him after he got out of his vehicle.
One of the males, who had a weapon, demanded that he give up his money before punching him in the face and taking the $900 that he had.
Police say suspect No. 1, who brandished the weapon, is described as a Black male, over 6’ tall with a medium build, dark complexion, and facial hair.
He wore a black sweatshirt with a hood, jeans, and dark boots.
Police say suspect No. 2 is described as a Black male, over 6’ tall with a medium build and medium complexion.
He wore a grey sweatshirt with a hood, a hat, a red and white scarf, black pants, and blue and white sneakers.
