Police in Harrison are looking into a pedestrian strike that injured two people in the town on Thursday night.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the intersection of Warren and Frank E. Rogers Boulevard to investigate reports of injured pedestrians.
Units arrived t the scene found two people suffering non-life threatening injuries after a car struck the pair near the intersection just before 10:10 p.m.
EMS transported both victims to University Hospital in Newark, where doctors treated the victims while police officers stayed at the scene and launched the investigation.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene.
