Peterson Police are investigating the motive behind a shooting that injured two victims at a location in the city Sunday night.
According to police, officials at St. Joseph’s Medical Center contacted police when two victims entered the emergency department suffering bullet wounds shortly before 10:25 p.m.
The victims told police that they were shot while in the area of Rosa Parks Boulevard and Harrison Street.
Police say the male and female victims suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds in their legs.
The suspects remain at-large.
