Police took two Elizabeth High School students into custody and charged them with arson after the pair were reportedly caught lighting fires inside the school.
According to reports, police picked up the two males students shortly before 2 p.m. after several trash cans were set on fire at the John Dwyer Technology Academy on Monday.
The pair were identified by school offcials as the suspects who lit the fires and were arrested without incident reports said.
The Elizabeth Police Department is handling the investigating.
Elizabeth Police spokesmen did not immediately return our requests for information.
