New Jersey State Police officials are reporting the arrest of Mr. Bradley Walsh, 50, and Ms. Kathleen Grabowski, 47, both of Union Township (Hunterdon County), for various drug and weapon offenses after a two-month drug investigation.
According to a statement released by N.J. State Police, during the month of October, detectives from the Strategic Investigations Unit-North obtained information that Walsh was allegedly selling narcotics in the Hunterdon County area.
The operation involved various investigative means where troopers determined that Walsh and Grabowski were conducting illegal drug activity out of their residence in Union Township.
N.J. State Police said on November 22, detectives, with assistance from the State Police T.E.A.M.S. Unit, K9 Unit, Criminal Investigation Office, and Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office, executed search warrants at their residence and on a vehicle.
The operation resulted in detectives arresting Walsh and Grabowski and seizing five rifles, four handguns, $1,450 worth of methamphetamine, $6,000 worth of marijuana, $600 worth of lysergic acid diethylamide (L.S.D.) gel tabs, $500 worth of psilocybin mushrooms, and more than $890 cash.
State Police charged Bradley Walsh with the following:
- Certain persons not to possess firearms
- Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine
- Possession of a firearm while committing a C.D.S. offense
- Possession of imitation firearm during C.D.S. offense
- Possession of methamphetamine, L.S.D., psilocybin mushrooms
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Possession of hollow point ammunition
Kathleen Grabowski was charged with the following:
- Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine
- Possession of a firearm while committing a C.D.S. offense
- Possession of imitation firearm during C.D.S. offense
- Possession of methamphetamine, L.S.D., psilocybin mushrooms
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Possession of hollow point ammunition
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Both suspects were lodged in the Warren County Jail pending a bail detention hearing. The Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office is prosecuting this case.
Troopers from Troop “B” Washington Station and Perryville Station also assisted with the investigation.
