Firefighters battled a raging two-alarm fire that broke out inside a house overnight in the city.
Crews were called to the area of North 16th Street and Park Avenue at around 2:55 a.m. where upon their arrival they noticed heavy smoke and intense flames coming from the upper floors and rear of a two and a half story house on North 16th Street according to reports.
Firefighters began an exterior attack where they began to knock down stubborn flames that engulfed the entire structure.
A search of the residence had no occupants inside or injured victims reports said.
It took crews about an hour to bring the fire under control where they are investigating the cause.
