If those tickets had been purchased with the Megaplier option, the prizes would be multiplied to $30,000.
The winning numbers for the Friday, March 16th drawing were: 01, 13, 26, 33 and 52. The Gold Mega Ball was 11, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 03.
In addition, 45 other players matched four of the five white balls drawn making each ticket worth $500. If those tickets had been purchased with the Megaplier option, it would have multiplied the prize to $1,500.
Moreover, 63,308 other New Jersey players took home $260,996 in prizes ranging from $2 to $600, according to White.
“Congratulations to the lottery winners and to the retailers that sold the winning tickets,” said White. “For selling the winning tickets, the retailers have become many more Lottery ‘lucky locations’ overnight.”
