Authorities have confirmed that truck driver Kevin Roper, has pleaded guilty after being involved in the crash that seriously injured Tracy Morgan and killed comedian James McNair has pleaded guilty.
Roper's charges include vehicular homicide and aggravated assault according to court records.
He may avoid jail time due to his acceptance into the pretrial intervention program.
The charges will be dismissed if he does well in the program officials said.
