Trenton Police officials are looking into the cause of a stabbing that sent at least one person to the hospital overnight.
Officers responded to reports of an injured person at an address in the 80's block of Passaic Street around midnight.
Upon arrival, police found an unidentified person suffering stab wounds at that location.
The victim was transported to the regional medical center for treatment and is expected to recover.
Police say one other person suffered non-life threatening injuries but are trying to determine if the individual was stabbed.
The motive for the incident is under investigation.
