Trenton Police are investigating an incident where a person suffered serious injuries due to a stabbing that occurred overnight in the city.
Police and EMS were called to the 40's block of Cooper Street on a report of an injured male shortly before midnight.
Upon their arrival, emergency crews located a male victim suffering multiple stab wound to his body according to reports.
EMS transported the victim to the hospital suffering severe injuries reports said.
The motive for the stabbing is under investigation.
There were no immediate reports of arrests.
