An overnight shooting that injured a man in Trenton is under investigation.
The shooting happened in the 100 block of Franklin Street shortly before 12:30 a.m. where police were called to the scene after receiving several calls reporting shots fired.
Officers arriving at the scene found the male victim suffering a gunshot wound to the leg according to reports.
The victim was rushed to an area hospital where his injuries were not reported to be life-threatening
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
