State authorities are investigating a significant traffic incident that occurred early Monday morning on Interstate 80.A tractor-trailer overturned on the ramp in the eastbound lanes at exit 58 in Paterson.
NJ State Police and the Department of Transportation are currently on the scene managing the aftermath.
The crash, which happened around 3 a.m., involved at least one passenger vehicle, resulted in a fuel spill and damaged the guardrail.
Although several EMS units responded to the scene, no severe injuries have been reported. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the wreck.
Commuters can expect some traffic delays throughout the morning commute as cleanup and investigations continue.
