Expect delays if you are headed out on Route 3 in North Bergen as emergency responders are on the scene of an overturned vehicle at this time.
According to State Transportation officials, as of 5:44 a.m. there's an overturned tractor-trailer on NJ-3 local lanes at the eastbound ramp to eastbound NJ-495 in North Bergen Twp.
The ramp is closed for 5-10 minute delays.
