A large water main break that's affecting about a half block around 1099 Broad Street has utility crews on the scene at this time.
Crews were called to the area shortly before 5 a.m. after receiving calls of water coming for the ground in several locations according to reports.
Public Safety Director Anthony Ambrose has confirmed that they are expecting the morning commute into the city to have some traffic delays in the area of Broad and Thomas Street.
Plan accordingly and expect some minor detours in the area.
UPDATE 6:13 a.m. One lane (right) is closed southbound heading towards Rt. 1 and 9 entrance ramp.
