All southbound lanes are closed as police are on the scene of a crash that has a tractor-trailer overturned on the NJ Turnpike in Woodbridge at this time.
According to traffic officials at NJ-511, as of 5:39 am, there's an overturned tractor-trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike outer truck lanes southbound near interchange 11 and the Garden State Parkway.
