Toms River Renegades Hosts Pizza Truck Day to Feed Families in Need

The Toms River Renegades, a dedicated youth football team, are stepping up their efforts to combat food insecurity in the community with their upcoming event, Pizza Truck Day/Feeding Families in Need.AdThe event will take place at Townsquare Square in Lakewood, on June 8th, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

In the face of ongoing challenges, the Toms River Renegades are committed to ensuring no family goes hungry.

The effects of the global pandemic have left many struggling, and the Renegades are ramping up their efforts to support families in need across New Jersey.

Since its inception, the Toms River Renegades have been dedicated to making a positive impact, not just on the field but in the community as well.

By partnering with local businesses, volunteers, and community organizations, the team will be able to distribute meals to those who need them most during this event.

"We understand the significant challenges that many families are facing today, and we are committed to doing our part to support our community during these difficult times," said a representative from the Toms River Renegades.

"Through our collaborative efforts and the generosity of our supporters, on June 8th, we can provide meals to families in need and make a meaningful difference in their lives."
