Firefighters battled a three-alarm fire that tore through in Linden late last night.
Crews responded to the 1000 block West Elizabeth Avenue after receiving reports of a fire inside a warehouse that has hazardous materials inside.

Heavy fire tore through the roof of the building causing NJ Transit and Amtrak to suspend service for several hours.
Crews were able to get the blaze under control in about an hours with no injuries reported.
Train service on the Northeast Corridor lines has resumed.
The fire is under investigation.
There were no injuries reported.
