Police in Newark are investigating a reported theft of a vehicle in the city's Central Ward on Wednesday.
According to authorities, police responded it the area of 12 Lock Street to take a report of a vehicle theft shortly before 7 a.m.
Units arrived and were informed that a black 2019 Toyota Corrola was taken from the address.
The vehicle has a reported NJ license plate number "Z46-KKS".
Police have not said if the car was left running before the thief took it.
