Authorities in Newark seek the public’s help identifying the male suspect who stole a victim’s e-bike on February 12.

According to Newark officials, the victim went to Wendy’s fast-food restaurant at approximately 8 p.m. in the 100 block of Market Street and parked his Whizz e-bike out front to pick up an order.
Moments later, the bike was taken by the suspect, who was captured on surveillance video, Newark authorities stated.
