Police investigating a camera theft, recovered more than just a camera.
Nia Alleyne, a Farleigh Dickinson University track and field star, was arrested after police discovered a spring-powered handgun and marijuana inside her dorm room, as they recovered a high-powered digital camera stolen from a student, according to police.
Alleyne, 21, was charged with drug, weapon and theft charges.
Yesterday, Alleyne posted $5,000 bail with a 10 percent option.
