Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Adam S. Rutman, 22, of Teaneck, on the charge of possession of explicit images of minors.
According to Prosecutor Musella, on Tuesday, March 29, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit identified Rutman during an ongoing Internet investigation.
The investigation revealed that Rutman used the Internet to view, download and possess files depicting explicit images of minors.
As a result of the investigation, Rutman was arrested on Tuesday, March 29, in Paramus and charged with possession of explicit images of minors.
According to Prosecutor Musella, Rutman is scheduled for a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on Wednesday, April 13.
