Newark Police officials request the public’s help with identifying individuals wanted in connection with the theft of an ATM machine early Wednesday morning.
Police said at approximately 5:50 a.m., police responded to a call about the theft of an ATM machine in the 200 block of Adams Street.
When they arrived, officers saw a broken ATM sign on the ground and wires hanging from a tire business.
The suspects in the picture below were captured on surveillance video using a stolen grey GMC Sierra to take the ATM machine according to police.
While detectives investigating this incident are seeking the public’s help in quickly identifying the suspects, Director Ambrose urges anyone with information about these individuals to call the Division's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
