Police in Newark seeks the public’s help in identifying two males wanted for questioning in a business theft that occurred on Monday, January 6.
Police say at approximately 2:30 p.m., two males entered South Street Auto Group, located at 225-227 South Street, along with a woman who was scheduled for services to her vehicle.
The two males remained inside the office, while the owner and customer stepped outside.
After the males left the business, the owner noticed that a bank bag containing $20,000.00 was missing from a safe.
Detectives investigating this incident are seeking the public’s help in quickly identifying these suspects as part of this investigation.
