Newark Public Safety Director Emmanuel Miranda Sr. is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying two suspects caught on camera shattering a vehicle’s rear window on November 27. 
The incident occurred around 11:20 a.m. on the 20 block of Lafayette Street.
Surveillance footage shows the suspects throwing an unidentified object at the victim’s car, causing significant damage to the rear window.
Director Miranda Sr. is urging anyone who can help identify the suspects to contact the Newark Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS.
Authorities remind the public that tips can be made anonymously.
