Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey and Director Anthony A. Caputo of the New Brunswick Police Department said authorities are searching for a suspect who fatally stabbed a man outside of an apartment complex this morning.
Enrique Perez Galindo, 29, of New Brunswick was pronounced dead at his apartment on Hamilton Street at 2:39 a.m.
The victim was stabbed in a driveway leading to the apartment complex at 2:30 a.m., but was able to return to his home.
The homicide is being investigated by Detective Drew Weiss of the New Brunswick Police Department and Detective David Abromaitis of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.
No arrests have been made, but authorities are actively searching for a suspect.
